Ali Cırakoğlu was born ın Rize Ardeshen Bakoz vıllage.50 years ago after completing Rize Pazar Hamidiye Elementary School,he left the Ardeshen Secondary School .Then he left the Trabzon Comprehensive School stayıng at the dormitary as a student.When he was in the 4 th grade he abandoned ( left) the Istanbul High Chemistry Engineering Department and he began to trade.He bought areas (lands) by saving the money when he earned from the trade.He created the parcel when he bought areas in Gurpinar, Beylikduzu,Guzelce and Ahmediye villages.In 1985 he took work in Saudi Arabia and built 28 schools.By the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,in 1986-1987s getting the representation of Petromin Petroleum he created representing Natural-Oil (Mine Oil),transformers,hydraulic,brake and all shafts,ship and car oils.With the approval of the Consulate General of Jeddah,the Republic of Turkey he brought transformers ,hydraulic and antifreeze oils.Instead, he sent exporting honey and white cheese to the Saudi Arabian State,he pulled out of exports of honey to Yemen in the same time.With the money he earned he bought the land and constructed on the land in Boyalik,Dursunkoy,Yassioren settlements which is closed to Istanbul Arnavutkoy district.The building the largest airport in the world , the third bridge connecting roads and the Istanbul`s Channel in this region increased the buying areas 300 percent. In addition, Ali Cirakoğlu is an owner and the manager of Bakoz Import Export Limited Company ,sends citrus and textile products to Russia and Bulgaria. He has also a company in Russia and in Bulgaria. Ali Cirakoğlu addressed to his brothers living in the Republic of Turkey and especially to the young,“ The biggest profit of trade doesn`t tell the lie .I want my children to learn the foreign languages (English, French,Russian and so on)and to create export,export,export“-he said.
